Arrival in Arusha

Day 2
Momella Gate to Miriakamba Hut
After breakfast, transfer to Arusha National Park and complete registration at Momella Gate. Begin your trek accompanied by an armed ranger, passing through open grasslands and montane forest where wildlife sightings are common. Arrive at Miriakamba Hut for dinner and overnight.

Day 3
Miriakamba Hut to Saddle Hut
Continue your ascent through lush forest and giant heather vegetation as you climb toward Saddle Hut. Enjoy stunning views of the Meru Crater and Ash Cone along the way. Upon arrival, relax and prepare for the upcoming summit attempt.

Summit Socialist Peak & Descend to Miriakamba Hut
Begin your summit attempt shortly after midnight. Reach Socialist Peak (4,566m) at sunrise and enjoy spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Meru Crater, and the surrounding landscapes. After celebrating your achievement, descend to Miriakamba Hut for dinner and overnight.

Miriakamba Hut to Momella Gate & Transfer to Arusha
