Tarangire National Park

Located in northern Tanzania, about 2–3 hours from Arusha, Tarangire National Park is one of the country’s most beautiful and underrated safari destinations. Best Time to Visit

Dry Season (June to October)
This is the best time for wildlife viewing. Animals migrate into the park from surrounding areas and gather around the Tarangire River, making sightings easier and more dramatic.

Green Season (November to May)
The landscape becomes lush and vibrant, with fewer visitors and excellent birdwatching. Wildlife is more dispersed, but the scenery is particularly beautiful.
